Attending a bridal show can be very helpful in planning your wedding. You will be able to meet and ask questions from many wedding professionals all under one roof! You can gather information, compare prices and services, register for prizes, see the latest fashions, and get great new ideas. 

 Tips for Attending Bridal Shows

1. Make sure you register at the show entrance.  It may take a few minutes, but the chance to win  prizes makes it worth it. Also many exhibitors will mail you money saving offers after the show.

3. Many vendors will request your contact information at their booths as well. To save you time when you register for prizes or more information, bring self-adhesive address labels with the following information:

Bride's Name
Groom's Name
Wedding Date and City
Mailing Address
Email Address
Phone Number

4. Some exhibitors give great discounts at the show.  Bring your checkbook if you want to actually book any services, or hold dates with a deposit. Be sure to check on refund policies before giving any money, and read the contract carefully before signing.

5. Collect all the information you can.  When you are at home you can review it again, and follow up with those vendors you are interested in..

6. Plan to spend a minimum of two to three hours at the show. You want to make sure you see all the exhibits and talk to as many vendors as possible.

7. Don't leave the groom at home!  He can pick out his tuxedo, hear DJs, and sample lots of yummy food!  

8.  Ask lots of questions!  The exhibitors want to help you, so find out everything you need to know.

9.  Be prepared to wear a special sticker or wristband to receive special attention from vendors.
